Estimating and Bidding for Residential Contractors
Classes are from 3 pm to 5 pm on Sept 24, Oct 2, Oct 8, and Oct 15

This cohort is made up of 4 classes that break down the process of estimating and bidding in the commercial industry. The student will learn how to read plans in the most common construction software (Bluebeam), pricing methods, change orders, and everything else that entails estimating. The class will also have a breakout session in which they will meet with experts in their specific trades to give them tips on estimating and bidding. After completing this cohort the student will obtain an estimating and bidding certificate. The class is limited to 9 students. Students will go through an interview process to be admitted to the cohort.
