Business Oregon: Commercial Rent Relief Grants
On April 22, Business Oregon will open the second round of a grant program for building owners to cover outstanding lease payments from small business tenants that are behind on rent due to COVID-19. The grants can go up to $100,000 per each business tenant, but not more than $3 million for each landlord.

Beginning Thursday, December 10, 2020, East Multnomah County businesses may apply for grant assistance from the latest distribution of federal CARES Act funds from the State of Oregon to Multnomah County.

State of Oregon COVID-19 Emergency Business Assistance Program |
CCD Business Development Corporation was successful in receiving funds from the State of Oregon COVID-19 Emergency Business Assistance Program. The purpose of the program is to provide financial assistance to small businesses adversely affected by economic conditions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic that have not received federal emergency assistance under the federal CARES Act or other federal programs to date.
CCD will begin accepting applications on Monday, June 29th, 2020.

Multnomah county has opened grant applications for businesses with five or fewer county operator licenses. Early estimates indicate Multnomah County will receive approximately $7.6 million of the state provided $55 million in funds for counties to deploy to businesses across Oregon.
