Since joining LatinoBuilt Association as a member in 2019, everyone in our company has benefitted in some way from our membership. Being surrounded by other successful Latino business owners has helped us gain knowledge, skills, and confidence. As a result, we’ve scaled up to take on larger projects to help low-income households upgrade and transform their energy systems through the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund.

Together with LatinoBuilt, we partnered to develop and deliver trade-specific instruction focused on proposal development, materials and labor, and the bidding process to help expand opportunities for Latino contractors. It was great to see contractors share their experiences and guidance with each other during the six sessions. Involving our Turner staff in opening doors for Latino contractors is so rewarding, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Company needs to be a member of LatinoBuilt
Needs to have 2+ full-time employees
Live in Oregon and operates business in the Portland Region (Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Yamhill, Columbia y Hood River)
Business is in the construction industry
