LBU 500 – Leadership Cohort

Leadership Certification is made up of four different cohorts: Human Resources, 5 Dysfunctions of a team, Advance Leadership and Safety Leadership. Being a business owner is not only about knowing your trade it is also about being a leader and knowing how to work and develop your team and in doing so you will be able to run your business more efficiently. These cohorts are bilingual and culturally specific.
