This cohort is made up of 14 classes that break down the process of estimating and bidding in the commercial industry. The student will learn how to read plans in the most common construction software (bluebeam), pricing methods, change of orders and everything else that enatils estimating. The class willl also have a breakout session in which they will meet with experts in their specifc trrades to give them tips on estimating and bidding. After completing this cohort the student will obtain an estimating and bidding cerificate. The class is limited to 9 students. Students will go through an interview process be admitted to the cohort.
